We are seeking detail-oriented technicians who are comfortable working with both electronic and hydraulic systems and who take pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in the aerospace industry, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics and hydraulic systems and components
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment
- Inspect, repair, and rebuild hydraulic components including pumps, valves, actuators, and related assemblies
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic flow diagrams, and technical drawings
- Perform precision repairs including soldering, component replacement, and system rebuilds
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures
- Accurately document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement
- Safely lift and maneuver equipment as required in a hands-on shop environment
Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and/or hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of multimeter usage and basic electrical diagnostics
- Ability to read technical schematics and diagrams (electrical and hydraulic)
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Physically capable of performing technical shop work
Preferred (Not Required)
- Aerospace MRO or aviation manufacturing experience
- FAA certifications or avionics/hydraulics training
- Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled environments
