We are seeking detail-oriented technicians who are comfortable working with both electronic and hydraulic systems and who take pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in the aerospace industry, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics and hydraulic systems and components
• Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment
• Inspect, repair, and rebuild hydraulic components including pumps, valves, actuators, and related assemblies
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic flow diagrams, and technical drawings
• Perform precision repairs including soldering, component replacement, and system rebuilds
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Accurately document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement
• Safely lift and maneuver equipment as required in a hands-on shop environment

Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting electrical and/or hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of multimeter usage and basic electrical diagnostics
• Ability to read technical schematics and diagrams (electrical and hydraulic)
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Physically capable of performing technical shop work

Preferred (Not Required)

• Aerospace MRO or aviation manufacturing experience
• FAA certifications or avionics/hydraulics training
• Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled environments
