Additional Rate: Health and welfare of $13.50 for each hour worked to be used for medical expenses/health benefits, any unused funds will roll over into a 401k at the end of the year. (Employees will be allowed to waive medical if they provide proof of other group coverage including VA Medical Coverage and Tricare. The employee is responsible for the taxable portion of the H&W if cash in lieu is selected.)
