* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* The ability to perform complex fault isolation on avionics equipment.
* Experience with aerospace-quality soldering techniques.
* The ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other fault isolation equipment.
* Knowledge of electronics and avionics theory.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication and computer skills.
* The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
* The ability to define and manage short-term priorities in a dynamic work environment.
* The ability to work effectively as a team member.
* Regular and predictable attendance.
* U.S. person status for export compliance purposes.

* Depot-level F-18 avionics repair experience. Job Duties & Functions
* Plan, conduct, and document tests on avionics systems and subsystems.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve test problems and anomalies.
* Contribute to the development of original test plans and provide input to improve test procedures and processes.
* Plan preventive maintenance activities and maintain the availability and readiness of test systems.
* Train and guide entry-level personnel in routine test processes and equipment operation.
* Identify and recommend new test equipment, processes, and methods.
* Perform work requiring extensive technical experience, judgment, and interpretation of general requirements to accomplish specific test objectives.
* Develop new test methods and contribute innovative improvements to existing test methods, procedures, processes, and equipment.
* Develop intermediate-level personnel through on-the-job training and guide them through complex technical problem resolution. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work onsite in a laboratory and depot repair environment.
