They work independently with minimal supervision to perform complex fault isolation, testing, and repair while contributing to test development, process improvement, and mentoring of junior personnel. The position includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation while adhering to regulatory and company procedures, completing tasks safely and efficiently.

* Knowledge of electronics and avionics theory.

* Plan, conduct, and document tests on avionics systems and subsystems.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve test problems and anomalies.
* Contribute to the development of original test plans and provide input to improve test procedures and processes.
* Plan preventive maintenance activities and maintain the availability and readiness of test systems.
* Train and guide entry-level personnel in routine test processes and equipment operation.
* Identify and recommend new test equipment, processes, and methods.
* Perform work requiring extensive technical experience, judgment, and interpretation of general requirements to accomplish specific test objectives.
* Develop new test methods and contribute innovative improvements to existing test methods, procedures, processes, and equipment.
* Develop intermediate-level personnel through on-the-job training and guide them through complex technical problem resolution. Physical Requirements & Environment
