Summary: Seeking a Production Specialist with extensive experience in aviation production and avionics for assembly, testing, and fabrication of electromechanical products.
Requirements:
- 10+ years aviation production or avionics experience
- BS degree in Aviation related Systems, EE, ME, or Aeronautics
- Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, calipers, micrometers)
- Experience and training in AS9100 and ISO 9000 QMS
- Proficiency with personal computers and networking
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and test instrumentation
- Experience using SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Harness Related Mil Specs
Responsibilities:
- Review engineering drawings for product assembly and testing support
- Perform kitting of parts for assembly needs
- Conduct electromechanical fabrication including harness builds and wiring electronic assemblies
- Perform mechanical fabrication including assembly of hatches and base kits
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, soldering, and repairs of components
- Test and inspect in-process and completed products
Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
