Job Title: Aircraft Component Repair Tech II
Job Type: Full Time; Contract
Location: Savannah, GA
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $28.75 per hour
High School Diploma or GED required.
Skill-based terms: blueprint, engineering documents, precision measuring tools, glass bead machine, carbo blast machine, shop math, sheetmetal, hydraulic overhaul, electrical harness buildup, electrical systems troubleshooting, battery servicing, APU removal/installation/servicing.
Job Summary The Aircraft Component Repair Technician II is responsible for repairing and overhauling aircraft components under moderate supervision following Repair Station guidelines. They interpret blueprints and engineering documents to ensure conformance to specifications using various tools and equipment. Even Simpler: This person fixes parts of airplanes according to special instructions. They use different tools and read detailed plans to make sure everything they fix is just right.
