• A&P or Airframe License REQUIRED
• MIN 3 years of structural sheet metal repair experience
• CRJ or corporate jet aircraft MRO experience preferred

Job Description: 
As a Structures Technician, here is what you’ll be doing at the core, day to day.

• Perform thorough inspection of aircraft structures, identifying and documenting any signs of damage or wear.
• Comply with environmental health, safety policies, and procedures.
• Execute sheet metal repairs and modifications on various structural components, including but not limited to the wing, fuselage, and tail sections.
• Fabricate and/or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
• Perform minor structural repairs on composite components either attached or detached. 
• Perform mechanical, electrical removals and installations as required.
• Interpret and follow aircraft maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Assist with complex structural repairs on/off aircraft.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate repairs and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Inspect confined areas of airframe.
• Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to aviation structural maintenance.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) License is REQUIRED
• Must pass Fastener Plate Test after approval but prior to confirming start date
• Must have 3+ years related structural/sheet metal MRO experience
• CRJ airframe experience a plus
• If former military, military Depot/Isochronal/Phase Inspections experience is a plus
• Must be able to work any shift
• Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts which includes days/nights/weekends
• Must Have their own tools – see tools list and toolbox requirements
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both orally and written.
