We are looking for an experienced UH-60 Electrician with a 15F military occupational specialty background. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UH-60 heavy phase maintenance, with expertise in electrical modifications and avionics integration.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and integrate wire bundles and electrical harnesses into UH-60 aircraft systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical system issues to ensure mission readiness and customer satisfaction.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical manuals, and modification work orders (MWOs).
- Terminate electrical connectors, including coaxial cables.
- Route, clamp, and secure harnesses in compliance with specifications.
- Perform Maintenance Operational Checks (MOCs) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs).
- Conduct soldering, continuity testing, and power checks.
- Support general aircraft maintenance and assist mechanics with scheduled inspections and repairs.
- Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE), such as tugs, power carts, and forklifts.
- Accurately complete logbook and workbook entries per service documentation standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment through clean-as-you-go practices.
- Participate in daily FOD walks to ensure workplace safety.
- Provide your own basic tool set (specialty tools will be supplied).
