Job Description

Seeking candidates to perform wire harness assembly/termination/soldering/ troubleshooting/

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a production team to assemble parts.
• Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.
• Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly parts.
• Utilize various hand tools, measuring and test equipment.
• Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.
• Pack, seal, and move boxes.
• Pick up, move, and sort small parts.
• Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, and wiring.
• Familiarity with avionics, bench work, electronics, and electrical components.
• High school diploma or GED.
• US Citizenship, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or ability to work for any employer.

• Associates degree or certificate in a technical area.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
• High aptitude for working with small electronic components, including soldering.
• Experience in the space or aeronautical field.

Work Environment

The position is based in a clean room environment, emphasizing precision and attention to detail. All work is performed at benches, utilizing specialized tools and equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Midland, Texas

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
