Job Title: Wire Harness Fabricator
Job Description
As a Wire Harness Fabricator, you will be responsible for building custom wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires according to engineering drawings and schematics. You will also route and secure wire harnesses within aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
Responsibilities
- Build custom wire harnesses according to engineering drawings and schematics.
- Route and secure wire harnesses within aircraft structures.
- Perform continuity and insulation resistance tests to verify harness integrity and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection reports and configuration logs.
- Operate specialized tools and machinery for harness fabrication.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Precision in wire preparation and routing to avoid errors.
- Experience in aerospace or avionics environments is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in wire harness construction.
- Aerospace or Aviation experience required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must be willing to work on aircraft as opposed to working on a bench.

Work Environment
The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm. The position involves working directly on aircraft rather than a bench.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guntersville, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
