If you are committed to supporting high-quality aircraft dispatcher training and want to contribute both in the classroom and behind the scenes, this role offers the opportunity to do both. As a Dispatch Program Coordinator, you will play a key part in delivering strong instruction while also supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the program running smoothly.
You will work closely with motivated learners who benefit from your real-world dispatch experience as they develop the judgment and responsibilities required in operational control. At the same time, you’ll help ensure the program remains well-organized, current, and aligned with industry expectations.
This position is a strong fit for professionals who want to support student learning, contribute to program development, and be part of a collaborative, student-focused training environment. With small class sizes, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful individual guidance and build strong working relationships with learners and future colleagues.
What you’ll be doing
Instruction & Student Support
Step into the classroom as the leader who brings aviation operations to life. You’ll guide students through a dynamic, FAA-approved curriculum, transforming complex concepts into real-world skills they can immediately put into practice.
You’ll help students build confidence as they prepare for FAA written and practical exams, offering thoughtful feedback, and individualized support.
Program Operations & Curriculum Quality
Beyond the classroom, you’ll shape a program that stays connected to the next big thing in the aviation industry. You’ll engage guest speakers, coordinate field trips, and foster relationships that expand opportunities for students and strengthen our industry footprint.
Your insight and experience will play a crucial role in reviewing curriculum, refining instructional materials, and keeping our Training Course Outline (TCO) fresh, relevant, and fully compliant.
Administrative Leadership
You’ll keep the program running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, managing assessments, and ensuring all documentation meets FAA and institutional standards. As part of a collaborative instructional team, you’ll help maintain consistency, uphold quality, and support a culture where both students and educators thrive.
