About the RoleThe role will be responsible to provide quality customer services and exceptional assistance to all customers at Hamad International Airport while working with buggy shuttle services. Ensure to delivering seamless services by being courteous, caring, and maintaining the highest service delivery standards.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to operate MATAR Buggy cart within the Passenger Terminal of Hamad International Airport.• Ensure proper handling of all passengers while assisting using MATAR shuttle services, projecting a caring and service-oriented image which requires warm, hospitable, and pleasant attitude with aim to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.• Provide full customer services support to passengers regarding MATAR shuttle service and HIA facilities.• Follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) laid down by the department and airport regulators; consistently apply the established service standards to ensure department’s compliance with ISO standards and the agreed KPI under service contract with MATAR.• Report for duty on time as per roster with complete compliance to the company uniform and excellent grooming standards.• Collaborate effectively with both QAS and MATAR departments to facilitate seamless operational success and Report any illegal, unsafe and corrupt activities observed to the shift supervisors/ line.• Escalate any customer inconvenience, and or any anticipatory complaint immediately to shift Supervisor. • Ensure to always adhere to the safety protocols and procedures while operating any equipment within HIA parameters.• Uphold airport safety standards and follow operational protocols at all times. Embrace and work with customer-first mindset always.• Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
About youEssential • Highschool Qualification or Equivalent • Minimum 1 year of job-related experience• Good interpersonal skills.• Time management.• Command of English language• Valid light Driving License of Home Country (Applicable for PRM - Matar buggy cart operators).Preferred• Good organizing and planning skills.• MS Office.• Arabic - Written/Spoken.• Other language added advantage.
