Principal Responsibilities
- Support the development of manuals and other documentation for business aviation operators.
- Ensure manual content is in accordance with an in-house style guide, applicable regulations, manufacturer guidance, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Use a consultative approach to guide clients through the manual development process.
- Take ownership of and respond to client questions and inquiries applying research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively and confidently provide support to operators worldwide.
- Respond to aviation authority feedback.
- Assist with the development of operations and maintenance procedures, as needed.
- Review written materials for style, grammar, accuracy, and formatting.
- Print, assemble, pack, and ship hard copies of manuals to customers.
- In collaboration with the team, develop and implement process improvements.
- Periodically provide input and content for company marketing and sales initiatives.
- Support the team in various tasks and projects, as requested.
- Create and update records in the customer relationship management system and proprietary software platforms.
