Role Overview:
Support aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements.
Assist in technical tasks related to engine assembly, disassembly, inspection and component installation/removal.
Participate in structured development programs, including classroom training, on-the-job training and competency assessments.
Work closely with engineers, mechanics and cross-functional teams to build technical, analytical, and operational capabilities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays and perform overtime as required by operations.
Based in Subang, with potential future assignment in Sepang as per business requirements.
Overtime: The role may require working overtime based on operational needs.
Rotational Shifts: This position operates on a rotational shift basis, which may include morning, evening, and night shifts as per the assigned schedule.
Weekend Availability: The role requires availability to work on weekends, as part of the rotational schedule or as needed to support business operations.
Work location: Subang and will be stationed at Sepang from Q4 2026.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong interest in aircraft engine maintenance and the aerospace industry.
Willingness to learn and undergo structured training and assessment.
Good discipline, attendance and strong quality and safety mindset.
Able to work in a team-based, shop-floor environment.
Physically fit and able to perform hands-on technical tasks.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance.
Must have completed relevant engineering and technical subjects, including but not limited to:
Basic Engineering
Gas Turbine Engines
Air Legislation
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two (2) year of working experience.
Minimum CGPA of 3.5.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or exposure in aviation, MRO, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
Basic understanding of aviation regulations, quality systems and maintenance practices.
Strong analytical skills, positive learning attitude and ability to adapt in an operational environment.
