Join Honeywell as an Advanced EMC Circuit Design Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of aerospace technology. You’ll design innovative EMC solutions or enhance existing designs, performing advanced analysis and simulations to ensure the Electromagnetic Compatibility of our products.

Responsibilities
- Development of new EMC circuit designs or modify existing ones including shielding, filtering, or grounding.
- Optimization of product design, PCB placement and routing to meet EMC requirements for emissions and susceptibility.
- Perform functional analyses and simulations of the design from EMC point of view, e.g. high intensity radiated fields (HIRF) and lightning or fast transients, etc.
- Create EMC Control Plans, review and approve EMC Qualification Test Procedures and Reports, and collaborate with customers on EMC-related topics.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 or DO-160G for airborne equipment.
Qualifications
- Master´s degree or higher in Electrical Design domain with emphasis on EMC, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in EMC and/or analog design.
- Strong proficiency in EMC circuit design, solid understanding of DO-254, EMC standards such as MIL-STD-461 and DO-160G, familiarity with Mentor Graphics tools (or similar) and engineering documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations to customers. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, ethical, and self-motivated professional with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel for training and meetings.
