Role Summary
* In this role, you will support the development of affordable and highly supportable military aviation systems through analysis, technical coordination, and documentation creation. You will work within integrated product teams to design supportability into aircraft systems and ensure that maintenance, logistics, and technical data are properly analyzed, documented, and optimized. You will contribute to the development of manuals, support systems, maintenance plans, provisioning data, and reliability analyses that align with industry standards and military requirements. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience working within an engineering, aviation, or logistics environment.
* Experience in Military logistics and/or aviation logistics preferred.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience with the Microsoft software suite.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to meet performance metrics related to cost, schedule, and quality.
* Ability to comply with organizational processes, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
* Ability to perform assigned tasks at an acceptable quality level with minimal supervision.
* Structures or maintenance experience clearly visible on the resume (required). Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Experience supporting aircraft maintenance publications such as IETMs, paper-based manuals, IPBs, RPSTLs, and MIL-STD documentation.
* Experience performing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
* Experience conducting Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis.
* Experience with Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis (FMECA).
* Experience developing provisioning and supply support data.
* Experience in analyzing and developing maintenance task plans.
* Experience assisting with program review, data preparation, and presentation. Job Duties / Functions
* You will
* Focus on designing inherent supportability into analysis for aviation and military systems.
* Perform technical coordination and analysis to support the development of aircraft support systems.
* Support multiple aircraft platforms, modifications, and development programs.
* Develop or assist in developing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), RCM, FMECA, provisioning data, maintenance task analyses, and related logistics products.
* Support the creation and revision of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), paper-based manuals, Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), and RPSTLs.
* Assist with support equipment requirements, packaging/handling/storage/transportation (PHS&T), and supply chain recommendations.
* Prepare and present data for program reviews as required.
* Perform work in alignment with schedule and cost performance metrics.
* Comply with all organisational processes, procedures, and government regulations.
* Work effectively within an Integrated Product Team environment.
