We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Engineer to join our team, specializing in the process of inspection, diagnosis, and overhaul of aircraft engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in propulsion systems, mechanical engineering, and hands-on experience with engine maintenance and overhaul procedures. Experience in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 series engines is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement repair and overhaul procedures in accordance with OEM specifications and aviation regulations.
• Troubleshoot engine performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with MRO teams and technicians to ensure efficient and timely engine servicing.
• Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics of PT6A and PT6T engine models.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance documentation, and engineering reports.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for engine reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA, EASA, and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 year’s experience in an Aerospace Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facility.  Aircraft engine maintenance or repair highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of turbine engine systems, thermodynamics, and materials science.
• Familiarity with engine manuals, service bulletins, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• FAA A&P certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PT6A and PT6T engine variants in fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
• Knowledge of engine teardown, inspection, reassembly, and test cell operations.
• Familiarity with engine diagnostic tools and software.
• Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.
• Familiarity with MRO software systems and digital maintenance tracking.
