Your impact:
You will be part of the industrialization team for TIGER Retrofit, influencing product architecture through concurrent engineering, in line with Program strategy.
You will participate in the build of the Retrofit industrial concept, implementing innovative and efficient manufacturing processes and means, producing an optimized balanced line system with an operator-centric approach (application of PFMEA, SLB and STV/MTM). &x1f3af;
You will contribute to a First Time Right execution by producing a robust manufacturing dossier, including documentation (SOI in 3DX) and master data (Routing/MBoM in SAP ERP).
You will become a technical reference point, daily cooperating with a Multi-Functional Team, leading the root cause analysis of non-conformities through practical problem solving. &x1fa79;
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects, based on data, through process optimization and innovative solutions. SpeakWithData &x1f4bb;
Your Boarding Pass:
Proven track in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Lines Development and Execution. &x1f527;
Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant. Good communicator, great team player.
Diverse academic and non-academic background.
Programming (Coding / Numeric Control) and Project Management skills will be highly valued.
Effective communication in Spanish and English is required (French/German as a plus).
