Assembly Process Engineer

Job Description:

tResponsible for process initiating:
tDefine process according to design requirements
tDefine technical specifications (machine/tooling/ingredient etc.) and validate them according to company procedure
tPublish process related documents
tResponsible for process training to operators (theoretical and practical)
tResponsible for process control and improvement:
tPilot process risk analysis with PFMEA or other tools.
tMonitor process maturity and robustness with MSA, SPC, CP/CPK etc.
tPilot process improvement projects
tParticipate troubleshooting/investigation and define corrective and preventive action plan
tCo-work with product engineers on process change management to ensure compliance and traceability.
tGuarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable international standard
tTechnical support for other process related requests
tResponsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities
tResponsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities
tResponsible for fulfill customers requirement to guarantee good customers satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Work related requirements
Education:\tBachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineering
Working Experience:\tAt least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industries
Knowledge/Skills: \tStrong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge
\tKnowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.)
\tQuick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, risk awareness, quality and innovation spirit
\tSkilled in Office Software, and CAD and 3D modeling Software
