What You Will Do *
- Manage and support project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, PREP (Peer Review Eclipse Plug-in), and Subversion. Responsibilities include:
- User access management
- Dashboard creation and maintenance
- Kanban board configuration
- JQL (Jira Query Language) filter creation and optimization
- Tool support and process guidance for engineering teams
- Organize, facilitate, and document key project meetings, including:
- Change Control Board (CCB) meetings
- Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) meetings
- Stand-up meetings
- Participate in PREP peer reviews, as a scribe and filling out Job Aid checklist ensuring accurate documentation of review comments, action items, and resolutions.
- Monitor project progress, ensure milestones are met, identify potential risks, and support mitigation activities.
- Manage and support project management tools, including Jira, JAMA, and PREP (Peer Review Eclipse Plug-in). Responsibilities include:
- Creating Jama reviews
- Finalizing Jama reviews
- Transition of Prep and Finding status
- Utilize Jama software for requirements management, tracking, and verification activities within the project lifecycle.
- Support the engineering team in transitioning Jama items across different workflow states in alignment with project processes.
