Description:The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Free and Open-Source Software(eFOSS) team within Enterprise Operations consists of a strong DevSecOps culture, skilled engineers, and support staff with discipline and domain specific experience and training, best in industry software development practices and patterns, and cutting-edge tools for software design, development, configuration management, quality, security, and deployment.

This is a Full Stack Engineering role focused on developing, modifying, testing, deploying, and maintaining the eFOSS application. The selected candidate will pair with program engineering teams across the business to support hands-on enablement, as well as design, develop, and release reusable components of a DevOps pipeline to be consumed by the enterprise.
Basic Qualifications:
Self-starter with ability to work well on a remote SW development team

Familiar with common infrastructure operations and maintenance (patching, endpoint security, logging)

Experience with at least one or more Object Oriented Support Languages: Java, Kotlin, Python, GoLang, JavaScript

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and requirements

Demonstrated ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation including but not limited to Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Concourse
Desired Skills:
Experience or familiarity with Elasticsearch
Familiarity with Distributed systems Microservices architecture
Familiarity with Package Managers Experience with containers and container orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Harbor
Familiarity with Full Stack Development, preferably utilizing DevOps practices
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience developing application interfaces, translations and transformations
Familiarity with full life cycle development and sustainment, leveraging a disciplined engineering process for both new feature implementation as well as Operations and Maintenance
Track record of being a strong independent contributor

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $66,500 - $125,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $57,800 - $110,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
