Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Mechatronic designer (f/m) to join our Electronic Products department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing avionics equipment fitted on Airbus aircrafts. As part of this team, you will be involved on the entire cycle of the equipment mechanical design (machining, sheet metal, connectors, toolings, etc.), in compliance with all customers and electronic environment requirements (EMC, thermal, vibration, electronics, environmental qualification).
You will also support production activities, during industrialisation and serial phases, in order to support all potential non conformities.
Finally, you will be involved in the deployment of a new PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ensuring all mechanical methods and processes are properly reflected in the new tool.

Your challenges:Establish and apply all design principles of mechanical parts within an electronic equipment, while continuously improving our products to meet the department roadmap
Design mechanical parts that comply with all electronic environment constraints (EMC, thermal, vibration, electronics, environmental qualification, etc.)
Be involved on the entire lifecycle of the products, from preliminary design until serial production
Support serial production (PPS, expertises, obsolescence management, etc.)
Work in a multi-disciplinary environment, with a strong electronic know-how
Participate in the deployment of a new PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ensuring all mechanical methods and processes are properly reflected in the new tool.
Your boarding pass:Background in mechanical design
Experience in mechanical design within an electronic environment
Good knowledge of avionics products and all associated environmental constraints
Strong knowledge of CREO PRO ENGINEER
Willingness to collaborate with production department
Knowledge of PLM tools
Ability to communicate and exchange to a variety of disciplines, and ability to convince
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities (habilitation électrique B0/BE Essais)
