Job Description:
Role:
The individual will be responsible for Verification and Validation of Safety critical Real Time Embedded software for the avionics domain conforming to DO 178 A/B standard. The individual is expected to have the ability to verify that the system&39;s requirements are correctly & completely implemented. Should have working exposure to complete Software Verification Activities.
Responsibilites:
The individual will be responsible for performing below activities for Avionics Software:
● Defining the Verification Strategy.
● Developing the Test Environment.
● Preparation of Software Verification Cases and Procedures
● Execution of Functional and performance tests to ensure compliance to the software requirements
● Analysis of the test results and Software Verification Report update.
Required SkillExperience:
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in avionics Software Verification Activities.
Must have skills:
Hands on experience in:
● Verification of Platform Software/Application Software for Avionics Software Platform.
● Experience on Verification of Embedded System and related Hardware Software layers (Application, Processor Memory Peripherals, RTOS, Middleware, Device Drivers)
Experience on low level verification & Integration Tests
Test Preparation, Execution, and Analyze for the functions of a System / Sub-system / Equipment / Component / Module.
● Configuration and Change Management
● DO178c for Level A/B Software Development
● Working with global teams (multisite) resolving complex issues
● Knowledge about Verification standards .
● Strong interpersonal skills
