STS Aviation Services in Ireland is hiring B2 EASA Licensed Engineers for a contract project based in Athens, Greece. This opportunity supports Airbus A320 CEO and NEO aircraft under EASA approvals within a fast paced maintenance environment.
Accommodation, initial and return flights, and use of a shared vehicle are included for the duration of the contract.

Project Overview
This contract role supports aircraft maintenance operations in Athens and requires engineers who can operate confidently within EASA regulatory frameworks while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and technical execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft within company approvals
- Certify maintenance in accordance with EASA regulations and organisational approvals
- Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff
- Ensure maintenance activity is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer satisfaction
- Support on time performance and technical dispatch reliability
Required Skills and Experience
- Valid EASA B2 Licence
- Current EASA type ratings on Airbus A320 CEO and / or A320 NEO
- Previous base maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
