Position Summary

This position will report into the Product Engineering and New Product Development Department. In this multifunctional role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in problem-solving as well as a good combination of office and mechanical testing skills. The candidate will be involved in a variety of projects ranging from concept through product launch and product improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in hands-on application of design principles.
Responsibilities
- Conducting performance testing to validate products to internal and external specifications.
- Perform product failure analysis and report findings.
- Development of engineering working drawings for manufacturing prototypes or existing part revisions.
- Creation of engineering reports to communicate test results and next steps clearly.
- Provide technical support for existing product lines and assist in development of new products.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate: Sophomore status or greater.
- Mechanical Engineering major.
- Required proficiencies: CAD and Microsoft Office preferred
