Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Exercise technical oversight for Cyber architecture across system-level integration, ensuring compliance and alignment with platform engineering leadership.
Drive development and implementation of cyber-physical security best practices and tools across engineering teams.
Lead system-level requirements definition and management, including SWaP-CRaM (Size, Weight, Power, Cooling, Reliability, Maintainability).
Coordinate architecture and design changes, trade studies, and design decisions across system interfaces.
Develop and manage Cyber system specifications, requirements, and compliance documentation.
Oversee Cyber verification and validation activities from development through fielding.
Direct Cyber-related RCCA and incident resolution activities during production, test, and integration.
Support Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documentation and design milestone reviews.
Interface with IPTs on threat analysis, system decomposition, and compliance tracking.
Evaluate and integrate emerging Cyber and C5ISR technologies into GDLS platforms.
Facilitate and participate in technical peer reviews and tabletop exercises (CTTX).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Cybersecurity certifications considered)
Active U.S. Security Clearance (required)
5+ years of experience in engineering, with leadership in Cyber or embedded systems
Proven background in:
Cybersecurity in embedded or automotive/military systems
Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA)
Cross-Domain Solutions
Cyber Tabletop Exercises (CTTX)
Compliance with NIST SP 800-37, SP 800-53
Developing System Security Plans (SSPs) and POA&Ms
Managing system-level cyber requirements and architecture
Experience in:
Defense/military vehicle integration
Cyber warfare principles (offensive/defensive)
Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) processes
System-level performance trade studies (SWaP, cost, performance)
Familiarity with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Electrical LRU (line replaceable unit) design/troubleshooting
Travel up to 15 (primarily domestic, some international)
