ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

Our OptiFlight solution is a key pillar in SITA’s contribution to a greener, more sustainable aviation through the enablement of flight and air traffic optimization.

Reporting to the OptiOps team lead, the Delivery and Support Analyst is overall responsible for the following key activities:

• Onboarding and delivering contracted opportunities and trials :
• Set up the solution from end to end - from capturing customer requirements to delivery
• Provide training to end users (pilots) as needed
• Analyse the results and communicate with the customer
• Support commercial activities
• Provide expertise about the solution to validate the opportunities
• Provide support as requested during customer presentations
• Support airlines specific requests regarding the solution
• Provide support to help manage incidents: investigations and troubleshooting

You will interact with the various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT such as Engineering & Technology, Product, and other colleagues across the company, located in 20+ countries (Canada, United-States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Spain...).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Own technical project activities from beginning to final delivery
• Support airlines with internal communications (Dispatchers ATC, Pilots and Fuel Team)
• Follow up with airlines on the success of implementation
• Custom requests/analysis from the airlines
• Investigate on issue with application
• Manage Pilot communication (pilot notification/pilot webinar meeting)
• Manage handover to internal operation teams

EXPERIENCE:

• Airlines operations
• Flight dynamics knowledges
• Able to manage pilot discussion on operation and procedures
• Bachelor In Aeronautics Engineering

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Flight data knowledge
• Data analysis/Quality check
• Coding knowledge is optional (bash)
