Summary:
Apply engineering principles, standards, and practices to develop and maintain electronic/electrical system requirements.
Draft statements of work, technical performance specs, and translate requirements into system architectures, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications with full traceability.
Define and execute test/validation methods to confirm performance, while resolving integration issues and production anomalies.
Research emerging technologies for future designs and provide lifecycle support, including solving fielded hardware/software issues.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance and integration.
100 onsite at St. Louis-area locations; some programs may require domestic or international travel.

Test and Evaluation
Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required); Final Secret/Top-Secret clearance and/or Special Program Access may be required post-start.
Bachelors degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Associate (Level 2): Bachelors + 2+ years of experience, or Masters + relevant experience.
Experienced (Level 3): Bachelors + 5+ years, or equivalent education/experience.
ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Reside in or willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region.
