* Schedule: 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Experience working in an electrical design or systems engineering environment, with emphasis on electronic and electrical systems design and analysis.
* Validation and verification experience. Preferred Skills
* A minimum of 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in avionics design and related avionics industry fields.
* Experience with Flight Management Systems.
* Pilot’s license, and/or experience working in the flight deck.
* Good written and spoken communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Boeing or avionics experience is a plus. Job Duties & Functions
* Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements.
* Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
* Test and validate systems to meet operational and functional requirements.
* Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and certification requirements, including ARP4754A, DO-178, and DO-254.
* Solve problems with fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
