Responsibilities:

• Design wind tunnel models and mechanical components for aerospace research and development.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
• Support the design and development of aerospace and aircraft-related hardware.
• Assist with structural analysis and design validation efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure practical, accurate, and manufacturable designs.
• Contribute to a fast-paced engineering environment focused on precision and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in 3D CAD modeling.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX or similar 3D CAD software.
• Preferred experience in aerospace or aircraft design.
• Preferred experience in structural analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to export control / ITAR requirements.
• Active DoD clearance is a plus.
