Role Summary
* Your role is to support the Company’s Cabin Systems engineering team with the design, analysis, and development of interior electronic systems, including lighting, passenger address systems, seatback video, connectivity systems, satellite interfaces, and in-flight entertainment solutions. You will contribute to system integration efforts across multiple platforms and collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups to ensure technical accuracy, certification readiness, and program execution. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have
* A minimum of three years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience working within an electrical design engineering environment with emphasis on electronic and electrical systems design and analysis.
* The ability to perform design, development, and integration activities within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
* A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
* The ability to meet onsite work expectations at the Company’s Everett, WA location.
* The ability to support occasional domestic and international travel when required.
* The ability to work full-time onsite on a first-shift schedule.
* The ability to meet U.S. Export Compliance requirements. Preferred Skills

* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Experience with electrical systems, hardware, and software design.
* Knowledge of FAA certification processes.
* Experience with system design and integration during an airplane development program.
* Experience working with Model-Based Development tools.
* Strong communication skills enabling clear, concise, and timely exchange of information.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a large engineering team environment.
* Well-developed planning and task-prioritization capabilities. Job Duties & Functions
* You will
* Support the design and analysis of electronic systems associated with cabin interiors, including lighting, audio systems, connectivity, and in-flight entertainment.
* Perform system-level and component-level integration activities to ensure functional performance across cabin systems.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine system requirements, architecture, and verification plans.
* Prepare technical documentation in accordance with Company and regulatory standards.
* Support troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle.
* Participate in program reviews, engineering trade studies, and technical decision-making processes.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate system implementation.
* Provide engineering input for certification, compliance, and airworthiness activities as needed.
