BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, reliability, electrical, materials, or aerospace engineering
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following areas: semiconductor physics, physics of failure, accelerated testing, design for reliability, EEE component design
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of experience with the Atlassian tool JIRA
- 2+ years of experience driving planning, schedules, resource trade-offs and task tracking
- Basic python coding skills
- Experience with Sherlock tool analysis
- Advanced understanding of manufacturing systems for electronic components
- Expert level skill with Microsoft Excel
- Able to earn the trust of colleagues
- Able to thrive in a scrappy entrepreneurial environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extended hours and weekend work may be required to support critical project and mission milestones
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
EEE Parts Reliability Engineer/Level I: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00/per year
EEE Parts Reliability Engineer/Level II: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
