We are rapidly growing our Engineering presence in Poland, building engineering teams to work across all of our commercial products and services. The work will support Boeing’s full suite of commercial aircraft and covers modification work, retrofit, new design and product support. This is critical work to keep us at the forefront of aerospace engineering and innovation.

Boeing Poland is looking for students for paid summer internship in our Engineering Center during the months of July, August, September 2026. Depending on the program, internship will be in Gdansk, Rzeszow or Warsaw.
As a Summer Intern you will:
Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace
Support and/or creates and provides basic technical documentation
Receive basic Boeing technical training
Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release deliverables
Support team performance by participating in process/tool improvement projects
Assist with producibility assessments for part or product designs
Be inquisitive, pro-actively seek information and assist in completing the work statements
Be assigned to one of the 5 possible paths:
1. Aircraft Design and Stress Analysis Team (available in Warsaw)
2. Aircraft Spare Parts Team/ Supply Chain (available in Gdansk)
3. Customer Support Service Engineering (available in Rzeszow)
4. Production Engineering (available in Rzeszow, Gdansk or Warsaw)
5. Aircraft Systems Team (available in Gdansk)
Basic requirements:
Being a student or recent graduate of Bachelor, Master or higher studies of Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering - or a related field of study
Legally authorized to work in Poland
Fluent in English
Basic knowledge of aircraft construction
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of using CAD systems (Aircraft Design and Stress Analysis path)
Familiarity with common manufacturing processes used in the aerospace industry e.g., metals, non-metallic materials, composites (Aircraft Spare Parts Team/ Supply Chain path)
Familiarity with stress analysis (Customer Support Service Engineering path)
Basic knowledge of engineering tools – 2D/3D modeling tools like Catia, AutoCAD (Production Engineering path)
Basic knowledge of Python and SQL (Aircraft Systems path)
