Electrical Engineer II

Job Description:

Design and develop aircraft interior electrical systems, including but not limited to: lighting, power distribution, control systems, and interface wiring for products such as galleys, lavatories, overhead bins, and cabin panels used in commercial and private aircraft. Utilize computer-aided design tools and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the integration of electrical systems into interior structures, considering safety regulations, weight constraints, certification requirements, and manufacturability.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, OR· 2-Year Technical Degree with 2–3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.Experience:· Minimum 3 years in electrical design, preferably in aerospace or transportation industry.· Solid understanding of electrical design principles, wiring integration, and system interfaces.· Ability to identify root causes and develop corrective solutions for electrical issues.· Experience with schematic capture tools, wire routing in 3D CAD, and understanding of EMI/EMC practices.· Knowledge of aircraft electrical standards (such as ARINC, DO-160, or FARs) preferred.
