Join a team that designs,develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Services &Connectivity. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet theevolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for systems at everyaspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business developmentthrough product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the ElectromagneticSolutions business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead as a systems architect for Electronic Warfare and Radar products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) team on pursuits.
  • Work across all of Honeywell to develop holistic solutions.
  • Write compelling proposals and white papers.
  • Mentor fellow engineers.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and decomposition.
  • Engage with customers.
  • Manage budget and schedule responsibilities.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

  • Knowledge of legacy EW/Radar systems.
  • Staying up to date on current technologies and trends.
  • Familiarity with export control regulations.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20)
  • Demonstrated ability to win pursuits.
  • Strong industry relationships.
  • Expertise in systems development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with diverse and global teams.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions.
  • Significant engineering background.
