Position Summary
The Electronics Engineer will be the subject matter expert for electronics engineering projects for the aviation and military product lines. The Electronics Engineer works closely with a small engineering team including Production Engineer, consulting design engineer, and engineering technicians for product design, continuing engineering, design for manufacturing, and introduction of new and re-designed product to the manufacturing floor. This is a key position with considerable responsibility and related growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports regular engineering team meetings for continuing engineering and design projects
- Provides primary electronics design engineering new and existing products
- Works with Production Engineer to provide direct product support of the manufacturing floor
- Supports Quality for root cause and corrective action for products returned from the field
- Provides technical interface with customer engineers for new and existing products.
- Provides electronic circuit and printed circuit board design working with consulting engineer

- Effectively manages continuing engineering projects in a timely manner
- Meets existing product redesign objectives and schedules
