In this role, youll support the design and implementation of DevSecOps pipelines, accelerating growth and embracing a test-driven software development approach!
This position will be at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
What YOU will do:
- Assist in the collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient DevSecOps pipelines tailored to software development needs.
- Support the development of automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate software development cycles.
- Help in the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, shaping the future of software delivery.
- Assist in selecting, configuring, and integrating tools to enhance software development flow, optimizing productivity and performance.
- Work closely with DevOps managers and relevant teams to understand and adapt DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with specific program needs.
- Provide support in DevSecOps implementation to assist software teams in adopting DevSecOps tools and best practices.
- Enable development teams to automate artifact generation and manage product lifecycles efficiently.
- Assist in automating software releases while ensuring quality, cybersecurity, and safety requirements are met.
- Support behavioral- and test-driven development practices to enhance software design, implementation, and test automation.
- Help design, develop, and maintain dashboards that display DevSecOps metrics, performance measures, and indicators of continuous improvement.

Qualifications you must have:
- Typically requires a university degree unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Basic knowledge and exposure to CI/CD pipeline development and automation tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and security practices in DevSecOps environments.
- Some knowledge of aerospace, defense, or medical devices with a focus on secure software development and compliance standards
