In this essential role, you’ll support one of the world’s leading aerospace organizations by streamlining technical hiring processes, coordinating with top-tier engineering talent, and ensuring workforce needs are met with precision and speed.

What Youll DoOptimize hiring workflows by coordinating resume reviews, candidate communications, and interview scheduling
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely and efficient decision-making
Develop, organize, and manage interview panels, aligning stakeholders with hiring goals
Create and maintain tracking systems and shared documentation to monitor candidate progress and program staffing needs
Implement immediate feedback loops for interviews and offer decisions to keep processes moving efficiently
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Word) to manage communications, documents, and scheduling
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneNote
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting or coordinating recruitment and hiring workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technical recruiting, candidate tracking, or HR coordination
Familiarity with engineering workforce planning or technical staffing
Comfort working cross-functionally with HR, engineering, and leadership teams

Pay Details: $58.33 to $72.98 per hour
