Provides technical assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory.
Develop Process improvements in all work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
Assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU’s.
Support Engineering with debug and evaluation of Production and System Return hardware.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Active Secret level U.S. security clearance
Demonstrated ability in isolating electrical failures to root cause
Proficient at interpreting engineering documentation including but not limited to schematics, assembly drawings, and component data sheets

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Excellent communication skills
Understanding of basic Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of RF and Microwave subassemblies
Familiar with RF instrumentation (i.e. network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and signal sources), and the control of hardware through software interfaces (automated test sequence)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $87260 - $139617

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
