GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures for the department that ensure its effective operation while supporting the company’s objectives. Manage the functions of design engineering, manufacturing engineering, product development, tooling and process engineering personnel. Provide technical engineering expertise to assure and maintain effective program launches, safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing processes and successful continuous process projects. Identify technical skills (internal and external) required to meet the project schedule. Participate in cross-departmental groups investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing related recommendations and reports. Provide technical direction and project management guidance to the team of engineers. Develop strategies to assist in the overall performance of the engineering function. Create and design cost reductions, lead time and/or quality improvement processes. Implement and sustain 6S and continuous improvement processes for the engineering function. Special projects and other duties as assigned. |

The range of pay for this role is $120000 to $170000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Companys bonus multiple, based on the Companys performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the companys medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
