Description:Deputy Engineering Project Manager supporting the Spectrum Convergence Ground Cyber and Electronic Warfare Sub Market Segment, responsible for the overall technical management and engineering implementation within the portfolio. In addition, the Deputy EPM will have direct program ownership of the MFEW-AL program as well as multiple IRADs and proposals. The Deputy EPM will partner with the program-level engineering leads, EPM, and PM within the portfolio to provide oversight and support.

This Deputy EPM will be responsible for engineering development specifically in the area of System Engineering and Software Development on a Cyber and Electronic Warfare program. The engineering development will leverage Agile development practices and will support the culmination of the development with critical program test events.

In addition, the EPM shall:
* Mentor deputy EPMs assigned to similar tasks / technologies.
* Work with the CEW Chief Engineer and LM Fellows to grow technology strategy.
* Work closely with the Senior Manager PM in support of the business area.
* Influence and shape business strategy in collaboration with PM/SrEPM/BD/eTECH
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a STEM related discipline

- Minimum 10 years relevant engineering experience

- CAM experience.

- Experience working with multi-function teams and customers.

- Knowledgeable of Software, Product, and Systems Engineering processes.

- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Previous EPM and/or FLM experience.

- Experience in Software, System, and Hardware Engineering

- Experience in leading and integration and test team through all aspects of program test and verification life cycles

- Experience delivering an integrated system capability, combining both in-house build (make) elements and sourced elements.

- Candidate should have, or capable of getting, a Top Secret Clearance.

- Demonstrated expertise in similar program development activities.

- Cross Line of Business / Business Area experience in successfully working together as integrated teams.

- Experience in Integrated Resource Planning (i.e. IRAD, Capital, NSFP).

- Experience in Cyber, SIGINT, EW, SSE engineering programs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,700 - $227,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
