Position Summary
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive complex aerospace projects to success. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will ensure technical alignment, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in meeting project objectives and elevating our engineering performance.
Your role
- Project Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and quality standards while guiding the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Project Planning: Define projects and program objectives and requirements, and estimate the engineering work scope.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate all engineering activities within the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, internal customers, and parallel projects’ needs, while representing Engineering within the Project Core Team and the customer.
- Performance & Quality Steering: Monitor and steer engineering costs, schedules, and deliverable quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Opportunity Monitoring: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities to secure robust project execution.
- Information Flow: Cascade relevant information, requests, and updates from the customer and Project Core Team.

Your profile
• Master’s degree in engineering (preferably aviation) with at least 7 years of experience in an aeronautical environment, or a Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of EASA and/or FAA standards.
• PMP certification is a plus
• Proven leadership in managing complex engineering projects and multicultural teams.
• Analytical and solution oriented, able to perform under pressure and resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
