We have a transverse & a transnational mission, covering the entire Subcontracting services scope. Our roles and responsibilities aim to shape a common and transverse subcontracting Process, Strategy, Monitoring, and Support. And also, to operational support the Centres of Competences with concrete deliverables definition.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Acting as Subcontracting Manager of the Engineering Defence and Space area covering Chief Engineering Perimeters

• Developping an exhaustive view of the regulatory aspects associated to each programs and Projects impacting Outsourcing.

• Securing that all the respective constraints are properly take into account by Subcontracting Procurement and all stakeholders.

• In charge to coordinate the Airbus DS Subcontracting Strategy developped in each Engineering Center of Competences with the different Chief Engineering organisation and the associated Airbus DS program Line.

• Operational focal Point for Cross Divisional Subcontracting Projects and Participate to Call-for-Tenders (CFT) for Engineering Services and coordinate with the respective Airbus DS Engineering centers the technical assessments of suppliers offers.

• Support the Airbus Defence and Space Engineering Subcontracting needs in its location with the respective Engineering Centers Stakeholders and Procurement counterpart.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor/Master) in a technical area or similar

• Very good knowledge in Procurement / Contract / Subcontracting process

• Capability to design Engineering Work Packages

• Overall understanding of the Product/ Project Engineering development phases Basics knowledge in Export Control

• Fluent in English

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Entwicklung einer umfassenden Sicht auf die regulatorischen Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit den einzelnen Programmen und Projekten, die sich auf das Outsourcing auswirken.

• Sicherstellen, dass alle jeweiligen Einschränkungen von der Subunternehmerbeschaffung und allen Beteiligten ordnungsgemäß berücksichtigt werden.

• Verantwortung für die Koordinierung der in jedem Engineering Center of Competences entwickelten Unterauftragsstrategie mit den verschiedenen Chief Engineering-Organisationen und der zugehörigen Programmlinie.

• Operative Anlaufstelle für bereichsübergreifende Unterauftragsprojekte und Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen für technische Dienstleistungen sowie Koordinierung der technischen Bewertungen von Lieferantenangeboten mit den jeweiligen Engineering-Zentren.

• Unterstützen Sie den Unterauftragsbedarf von Airbus Defence and Space Engineering mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern und Beschaffungspartnern des Engineering Centers.
   

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Abschluss (Bachelor/Master) in einem technischen Bereich oder vergleichbar

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Beschaffungs-/Vertragswesen

• Fähigkeit, technische Arbeitspakete zu entwerfen

• Gesamtverständnis der Produkt-/Projektentwicklungsphasen

• Grundkenntnisse in der Exportkontrolle

• Fließend Englisch
