Summary:
Support critical hiring needs within our Engineering Workforce team.
Ability to enhance recruitment processes and support hiring managers in meeting staffing goals.
Streamline resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and panel alignment.
Confirm stakeholder availability and align panel participants with hiring objectives.
Maintain shared documentation to monitor candidate status and staffing needs.
Implement efficient feedback loops for interview outcomes and offer decisions.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain secret clearance
Bachelors degree
10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination (e.g. Masters + 8 years, or 14+ years of relevant experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Prior experience in recruitment or candidate tracking preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
