Assist engineers in the design, development, testing and maintenance of process equipment
Provides on call technical support as needed
Develops cost estimates for new and existing process
Develops and implement quality, safety, and process improvements
This individual will work closely with Process, Quality and Product Engineers on key projects and initiatives
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to maintenance staff
Must have the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of this individual
Facilitates and/or support improvement projects, maintenance projects and aid in process troubleshooting
Solid communication, teamwork and integration skills will be required to work effectively across functions at multiple levels
Acts as liaison with subcontractors and parts vendors

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Associate’s degree in an engineering or science related and at least 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Experience designing/building/testing/maintaining/repairing mechanical equipment
Experience with creating and/or redlining drawings
Must have the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of this individual
Proficient with MS Office suite
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Highly driven and assertive personality
Good planning, time management and organization skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science related or equivalent experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
