Role PurposeResponsible for supporting engine maintenance planning activities, including engine shop visit forecasting, work package review, tracking engine whereabouts, and managing communication related to contracts and warranties. The role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day engine planning tasks and assists the Senior Executive and Planning Manager in meeting operational objectives.Key AccountabilityAssist in collecting and analyzing engine performance data to support shop visit forecasts.Ensure accurate data entry for engine cycles, flight hours, and related parameters in forecasting models. Support the review of engine work packages by gathering necessary technical documentation.Coordinate with engineering and technical services teams to ensure all maintenance requirements are captured. Monitor and update the engine whereabouts database, ensuring accurate and timely entries regarding engine installations, removals, and transfers.Assist in tracking the life-limited parts (LLP) and ensuring compliance with overhaul schedules. Act as a point of contact for warranty claims and service contract inquiries, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.Assist in managing warranty-related documentation and tracking contract terms compliance. Collect data for engine maintenance reports, assisting in the preparation of presentations and updates for senior management.Support data analysis efforts to monitor engine performance, shop visit schedules, and cost implications. Ensure that all maintenance planning activities meet regulatory and safety standards.Assist in implementing any changes in industry regulations into the planning processes.Qualifications & Working ExperienceBachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field OR Aircraft Engineer Licensed with 1-3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or planning.
Skills & KnowledgeBasic knowledge of aircraft engine systems and maintenance requirements. Proficiency in maintenance planning and tracking software. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Excel and engine maintenance software tools.
