The candidate selected for this position will support the Integrated Fighter Group Maintainability Team by performing duties of an F-16 Maintainability Engineer. The successful candidate will perform aircraft and major subsystem level Maintainability predictions to support existing and new production F-16 Programs. Successful candidate will perform Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis and support Human Factors Engineering analysis on new and fielded F-16 aircraft.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Familiar with Reliability & Maintainability predictions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of technical report writing
Desired Skills:
• Ability to conduct statistical data analysis
• Ability to communicate findings of analytical research
• Fighter aircraft maintenance experience (F-16 preferred)
• Degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical degree.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
