Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time
Manufacturing Engineer for the F-16 Structures team. This position will support D-Shift, and work Thursday - Sunday.

Manufacturing Engineers provide support for all stages of a platform’s program lifecycle. The Manufacturing
Engineering (ME) discipline is consulted and
responsible for manufacturing plan development, full-rate production standup and support, and post-delivery sustainment and modification activities. MEs are
integral at every program stage for efficient and
effective aircraft production.

This position will be embedded in detailed
manufacturing plans, concepts, corrective action,
processes, and procedures. The day-to-day tasking will include working with shop floor personnel, design
engineering, quality engineering, industrial
engineering, and other engineering disciplines to
support production of our various platforms.

This position requires a detail-oriented and organized

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of relatable experience in absence of a bachelors Degree

Experience interpreting Engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturability

STEM Bachelors Degree

Previous manufacturing/operations experience (2 to 5
years)

Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling

Demonstrated experience or desire to be in an
Operations role indicated by expressing interest in
‘hands-on’ applications of engineering and
manufacturing principles

Experience working process improvement and corrective action efforts

Strong ability in written and verbal technical communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
