Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Field Service Engineer.

Work arrangement:

Onsite
W2 position, 6 months contract to hire
US Citizen; active Secret security clearance

Required experience:
Five years&39; of practical hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of, at a minimum, one of the following:

Virtual Machine Environment (VME) computers
Networks
Digital computers
Microprocessors
Communications systems
Navigation systems, and/or sonar systems.

Required education:

An Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Technology or graduate of US Navy electronics “C” school or equivalent civilian electronics technical school
- Curriculum must have dealt directly with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of: VME computers, digital computers, microprocessors or peripheral/interface equipment, networks, communications system, navigation system and/or sonar system.
