Responsibilities:

• Support the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems.
• Work with both contractors, government civilians and system operators.
• Develop system level features that describe MEI and CSCI behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to provide guidance for software implementation.
• Lead reviews and adjudicating comments made against the features.
• Document the features using an Agile workflow.

Qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field is required.
• 7 or more years of system engineering experience.
• Secret Clearance
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: tactical command and control systems, tactical weapons systems, tactical sensor systems, software, hardware, requirements decomposition, or MBSE tools and language
• Must have a solid theoretical and applied knowledge of Link-16.
• Experience with integration of MIDS terminals via ethernet interfaces is highly desired.
• Need to have a record of taking initiative and being a team player in a small team environment.
• Must be comfortable working as a team member in an Agile environment and be willing to engage various
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • System engineering experience in support of DoD programs is highly desired, especially in an Army Air and Missile Defense program.
  • Hands on experience creating models in Cameo or MagicDraw using SysML and UAF are desired.
  • Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence and SAFe© Agile experience are plus.
