Summary:
Focus on production stability through the implementation of Lean methodologies, rate readiness assessments, and facility footprint improvements.
Utilize root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance the flow of products and personnel throughout the site.
Candidates will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support teams and should be self-starters and collaborative team players.
This role provides exposure to all facets of aerospace manufacturing, including supply chain logistics, transportation, and the fabrication of raw materials into assemblies delivered to programs worldwide.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in an Engineering field.
3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
3+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and a solid understanding of lean principles.
Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
Proficiency in structured problem-solving and Microsoft Office Suite.
